Emergencies and disasters occur more often than we like to think. The issue of emergency preparedness is talking more and more often. Natural disasters seem to be increasing. Terrorist threats are in the news. The issue of emergency preparedness covers many areas, from the mentality materials.
This article is designed to help them start their emergency preparedness efforts. We started with a list initially is unexpected, but common sense. Find a safe haven as close as possible so that anyone searches can be found. If you are in your car, stay there (unless the vehicle itself is dangerous.) Cars can offer a lot of security, refuge and warmth. (Again, when you think about emergency preparedness that car is a place that must be prepared to live at least 5 days – at all times).
5. Stay as calm as possible. Panic uses valuable energy. Now we need to think about energy conservation, your body heat, water and food. Good emergency preparedness means having some kind of kit that contains water, food, heat source and refuge in his house and in his car. Ideally, in his office.
