Home Depot – Does not bother to complete order in time?
I signed a contract with Home Depot to supply and install windows blind. Home Depot promise that they will do it within 4-6 weeks. But after 12 weeks they have not completed. When I complained, their manager doest know their is a delay and even rudely talks and does not help. Complaining to 1-800 home depot help line does not help. What shall I do?
looks like a breach of contract to me, you can consult a lawyer and have a free consultation about your rights. A credit card may give your money back but after 12 weeks I am not so sure.
