Would this bmx bike be alright for a starter?
These are the features of the bike oh and would this bike be big enough for an 18 year old with a height of 1.73?

In all Honesty i would say no, BUT it all depends on personal preference, price range, experience, and Brand of the bike. I live in US but i’m assuming 162 pounds isn’t a whole lot of money for a decent even beginner bike, unless you shop at walmart.
IF you decide to get the bike cut the seatpost to about 15-20 cm long to cut some weight and chop a bit maybe 2-3 cm off the ends of the bars, trust me just this will make the bike much lighter
The bike should be perfect size for you.
