Cruises are fun and can be very luxurious or unique adventure, and since cruises are different from those of any other, people often wonder what brought on board for the trip. In a research article on what to do, I find many lists of things to the package and on the web. In fact, I found both lists, it seems that every site has one, and are often different. With so many lists already printed, I wondered how a list of things to leave at home would work. After all, we've all heard that airlines have banned certain items on board are made, but what about cruise? Are there limits on what can be brought on board?
I learned from all cruise lines have regulations on what can and can not be carried on board. From unless regulations are in part determined by the cruise line itself, the list of prohibited items varies somewhat from company available to smuggling. Most companies simply confiscate the item and hold it until the cruise is over, then back to their respective owners. In some cases, the goods may be destroyed or discarded.
Do not bring alcohol. Perhaps the most common is alcohol confiscated. Most lines Cruise has a policy of bringing alcohol on board. Some allow it, others do not. With alcohol is a kind of drugs other as prescription drugs. Remember that all prescription drugs must be brought in the original pharmacy bottles. Do not take drugs not in their original containers, because in the eyes of someone looking for a bag of difference between prescription drugs and illegal drugs often the label on the bottle.
Do not take everything that is other than a lighter flame, or anything that produces heat. Leave at home, candles, incense and hot dishes. Some luxury cruise can also reduce the use of small appliances like irons and hair dryer, make sure to check with the supplier before cruising to bring these items.
Do not bring pets households. Of course, the animals are generally not allowed on board cruise ships, except for service dogs and even permit is required to peak. We know that some people claim they want to bring animals are not pets, and are therefore outside the prohibition. Therefore, most cruise lines are limited to say "animals" and it is implicit that include fish, birds, collections of judgments, etc. Similarly, plants, seeds, shrubs and other items often forbidden. The last two categories are particularly important for Travelers who can go on a shore excursion and want to do something new to board with them. Ask the first cruise.
Do not bring explosives, firearms, ammunition, fireworks and knives, axes, gas cylinders (to the exception of oxygen to breathe and then only with permission of peak), and anything that could be considered a weapon in general. This may seem really common sense, but there are many different interpretations of what they should wear.
Not to skateboards, roller skates, roller skates, pogosticks, bicycles, tricycles, unicycles and automobiles or motorcycles (seats stock and the most advanced scooter require authorization.)
To complete the list, some can not buy food, such as fruits, vegetables, etc. It can also be a problem when visiting different ports.
The best advice is: If in doubt, not install.
