Warped Trucks? Skateboard?
My skateboard is warped. How do I get it unwarped? I bought it complete and its bugging me. The board is a element Chad Muska sunglasses complete. 149.99. How do I unwarp it? Thanks;
If the deck is warped, you need to send it back to Element. You can’t fix a warped board. It is almost impossible to warp tucks. Aluminum deforms at around 1200° F. If they were cast poorly, then they need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement. If you mean the deck leans to one side or all four wheels don;t touch the ground, then this means one of two things. The trucks are too tight and they will not go back to a center position. It can also mean that the bushings are either blown or are wearing unevenly. Both are a condition of tightening up the trucks before they are broken in. The bushing problem is not considered a manufacturing defect and you will need to replace the bushings. They are less than $10 at a skate shop.
