How I can make a leap back without fear of hitting the board?
I've been working on this for so long and every time I have nearly complete one bag out and hitting because I see the table and that seems to be closer than it really is. My coach actually told me to stop after that was successful because my head was very close to the board and when I tried to fix it I just get closer. While I was a little happy that he had to work on them anymore, now could be a problem since the week that investment is required to dive ahead. Any advice? I dive with Northern Coast Diving Division high school.
