Won a skateboard deck. What should I do with it?

I’m pretty peeved that it’s just a deck, given that the prize was a “skateboard.” I was going to donate it to one of those Xmas charity toy drives, but how useful is just a deck — are wheels (etc) expensive?
Should I see if I can sell it for a few bucks? If so, where?
Do I make it into a coffee table?
Any good ideas on what to do with it, or creative suggestions for stuff to do with a skateboard deck besides using it to skate on?
1 I couldn’t find anybody to give it to — parents of kids the right age didn’t want ‘em skateboarding (which sucks, yes).
2 I like the idea of donating it — how much should I expect to pay for cheap but decent wheels?
sell it for at least 30 bucks, thats what BLANK boards cost at cbs.
