This is technology that allows the wave board to be propelled without your feet ever needing to touch the ground. The wheels are of a size wear out much faster. Waveboard wheels keep riding even before having to change them. The 360 degree rotation of the wheels connect to the covers which are grip around the perimeter of each floor. Therefore, if your feet slide for some reason the traction plates to grip your shoe and hold on the board. In the center of the top of each deck are the traction pads.
