Blank decks vs. Graphic decks?
What are the ups and downs of blank decks and pro graphic skateboard decks?
What blank deck brand or pro graphic deck what you prefer for a intermediate skater?
blank decks can be right up there compaired with pro decks. minilogo which is made by powell is a very nice blank deck it handles just as well as th epro decks. The ccs slick blank is a very nice deck I personally own some and they work great amazing pop for a blank I rate it right there with my Almost deck.
The only major ups and downs are the very certain that are lighter and stronger, most of your pro brands are going to be stronger but these blanks I’ve listed are made by pro brand companies and come highly recommended from other skaters . You more have to worry about the other parts of your board anyways, i’ll take good trucks and bearings over the best deck out there anyday. I’ve been skating for so damn long it doesn’t matter I can pretty much do the same on all decks, practice does make perfect.
Lots of people are switching to blanks just because they don’t want to be tied to a big brand and blank manufactures are making nice decks. Most are the same 7 ply construction you get from pro brands so they’re going to hold up the same.
