8 tips for skateboarding safety

If you ask me some safety tips I skate …

1. Skating in your level. No you push too hard. If you do not think you can handle the ride is about to test, then do not. In short, do not try to show by doing something dangerous. Use your common sense in places and their level of skateboard obstacles.

2. Gradually advance. This goes hand in hand with the tip first. Ollieing work up more than four tables, first try two, then three. Flip Variel work before trying to learn how to make a top 360. Skate ramp four feet, then six, eight. It seems people of good sense, but sometimes in the "zone" and forget what is safe for them.

3. Know your limits. It's good to push yourself hard when you skate. It helps to improve overall. You need to know, however, its limit. If you've tried one hundred times to get a kickflip on a new set of stairs, just give it a rest. These measures will probably not be going anywhere soon. Remember no rest when tired.

4. Put your helmet and pads. Most children do not wear their helmets. I've seen some pretty bad crashes. All it takes is a really bad time. Some skate parks do not meet the standards of buffers. You skate at your own risk. This single sentence should be enough to make you want to wear tampons. It is risky to skate without them. I do not care if it is not good or if you prefer non-users. It is very likely that you're not a professional skater. You should wear pads and a helmet on when you try something they are not 100 percent sure.

5. Stay hydrated. Seems silly, but dehydration leads to many accidents. Not only that, but can be bad for your body in the long term as well. And if this were not enough, skate better and are more flexible when hydrated! So I always carry one or two bottles of water.

6. Consider the place that is about to skid. Make sure there are no rocks where you skate. Check for glass, the streets where I grew up were dirty and full of broken glass. Sweep things. You do not have to remove rocks from the hands and elbows. Keep an eye out for rusty nails and pieces of metal, etc. …

7. Skate during the day. It is difficult to see at night. When it's dark, you can not skate well. You will not land tricks frequency and this can lead to more obligations and falls. Also see other skaters better during the day. If you are in a park at night is a good opportunity to meet another person on his skateboard. Another note here. If the park closes at night, please do not bother trying to skate. You might find yourself in a wounded and many problems, so there is no one. Sometimes the wind goes into these things too.

8. Be aware of temperature. If it is hot, make sure they have prepared drinks. If it's cold, wear gloves and a hat. Do not stay too long in the cold. You might think that your body is good because it is hot and heat production. You can develop problems serious health against the cold. Temperature extremes are dangerous. Heatstroke and frostbite potential problems. No matter what age you are o.

I hope these safety tips skateboarding gave you a sense of security on your skateboard. Well whether it's good advice, it is not possible to completely eliminate the risk of skidding. Many consider it an extreme sport for a reason. A obvious dangers. Believe me, do not hurt skating more fun. So smart, safe skate and you have a good time.
