I just bought tofu from shop and save.. do I have to cook it, or is it okay to eat out of the package? ?
And, also what can I do with it to make it nice to eat?

If you just bought plain tofu, rather than tofu burgers or tofu hot dogs, then yes, it requires preparation. Eating it out of the package wouldn’t hurt you, but it would taste like nothing.
My favorite method is to press all the liquid out, (wrap it in cheesecloth in a strainer and weight it down for a few hours) then freeze it, thaw it, press it again, slice it up, marinate overnight in soy sauce with slices of ginger, and use in a stir fry.
