Well here is the thing … is a $ 20 skateboard .. What do you think it should be rated. Since all the pieces are not brand parts arn't going to be large. Not bad for a beginner but I doubt even the whole board will last for three months not to mention the wheels. I rate a 2, and that will last the average of three rookie years because they forego the practice and after a month of trying, but for anyone serious skate Do not even waste my money. If you can afford it I'd go with a skateboard powell for a complete and all come with a warranty, I skated in them before and they are pretty decent, I can build a super minilogo Swiss bearing bones, trucks risk and the wheels in white for $ 75 and the last forever.
