Would a girl deck be a good skateboard brand to suit my needs?
I’m looking for a new skateboard deck. I am interested in a girl deck based on the good things people have said about them. I want a deck that is light-weight and durable, so my question is if a girl deck would meet those needs? Or, is there a different brand you would recommend to match those needs? Please answer, thanks.
I’m a big fan of girl. Although I have to say they are pretty average weight and definately not durable. They have a smaller tail than most boards therefore when they wear down, your going to lose your tail faster than any other board, but I tell you it’s worth it. If you are looking for a lightweight board, the only company that’s really going to give you a noticeable difference is element… but I don’t think the weight that most of their boards shave off is worth it, it’s miniscule. Go with the girl, I haven’t had a unhappy customer with girl.
