What are air bubbles on a skateboard griptape?
I have heard many people talking about air bubbles
on a skateboard griptape so I wanted what exactly
is air bubbles.
When you apply griptape to your board it may not be a perfect job. Some parts of the griptape might have ‘bubbles’ on it from air being trapped between the board and the tape. A way to get rid of air bubbles is by lightly poking a hole in them with a razor and pressing them down to stick to the board.
