not as much as you do with them. all depends on your weight, tricks you can do, and how to land the tricks. If your just going to roll. you should have no problem. if I was not using the bands broke my table a month or two. I am a skater crazy though. I skate at least 6 hours per day indoor skate park, garage, snow maybe if theres no snow on the ground. for give me a month. everything depends on the man.
