Skateboard Terms

Is this my board? I am a beginner.?
I bought my Toys R Us scooter is a skateboard size and 8-ply wood. Suspension (Not knowing the length of skate) are made of rubber, not plastic. It costs about RM60 for my money, the equivalent of 17 USD. I do think it looks cheap, or because boys exchange rate. Blind skateboards here are sold at RM150, approximately USD 43. Thank you.
It should be OK. It may not be as durable as the best, but probably not to all the same stuff that the expert would. The most important for you to practice is balance, mechanics, safe, and perhaps a few basic techniques and tricks. The board is very good about that.
