what california city would be the most suitable for me?
i was born raised in omaha, nebraska, but moved to Colorado after I graduated high school. My dream has always been to live in California since i visited as a child. im 21 years old now and im ready to finally start making the move. since im not familiar with a lot of california cities i thought itd be good to ask some of you 
i absolutely hate snow, love the beach and skateboarding, passionate about art and fashion design , love thrifting and collecting unique knick knacks for my apartment, love partying and going out with friends,for the legalization of marijuana, would really love a city with a great downtown area and a population with a lot of young people, but la seems a little overthetop for my taste, im a pretty chill girl who loves the city but also likes to get away and hike in the mountains. and traffic doesnt bother me.
If you don’t want snow or cold weather, then definitely Southern California. I’m from Orange County, and I absolutely love it here. We have plenty of beaches such as Huntington (surf city) and Newport/Balboa (which are really pretty and fun to walk around or ride your skateboard). Newport sounds like a place you would like, but they don’t really have a downtown. Lots of college kids hang out there, especially for 4th of July. There are plenty of places to hike, such as Irvine and Laguna. I’d also check out San Diego, which is really chill.
