I Went 20 MPH an hour with skateboard and got Speed wobble and crashed into pavement (help) (Pics)?

I Was Skateboarding, and there was this Huge Hill, it was long too, i had regrets about it but i went with it and started going down i was going easily 10-20 MPH on Skateboard, i started getting Horrible SpeedWobbles, all of the sudden i jus some how crashed into the pavemant, my cousin was behind me and said i flipped about 2 times and scraped face into cement. My right side of face is bloody and bruised, and my shoulder is bleading and legs are Sore. i got pictures. Take a Look at Them and tell me what to do (KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE PRETTY GRAPHIC) And no nothings broken, cuz i can move everything, its jus starting to Puff Up and is bloody, im washing off some blood with Wet Rag, What do i do next???
