why is my 2 1/2 week old kittens eyes solid red?
My cat had a litter of 4 kittens about 2 weeks ago. There was actually 5, but one wasn’t completely developed so we only had 4 live kittens. The kittens have had their eyes open only for a few days now, but one of the kittens is completely white and its eyes are completely red. There’s no pupil visible, the entire eyeball is completely red. Does this mean the kitten is most likely blind?
it might be blind but most likely it’s a albino (a plant or animal born some times with albino ancestors completely white with red or blue eyes) each family has had some albinos but they are not that common so your kitty should be treated with respect. he’s rare:) you are so lucky.
