Any one had problems with an Amazon Kindle 2 display capability?
the upper half of the screen has blank spots and horizontal and vertical stripes. Out of the box less than 48 hours and went bad while sitting on a desk top. I was not even there. I went to show it to a friend and it was screwed.
I had it privately shipped to Vietnam. No way I will ever get my investment out of it, what with shipping costs and customs duty. ARggh!
If you bought it from someone, not a store or an official site, then I’d say you got scammed.
Most likely someone used it and dropped it. I can’t tell you to take it apart or how to fix it since the screen uses new technology that I don’t really know how to use. Sorry.
