Recommend Perfect Skateboard for my style please?
Okay, so I recently broke my skateboard deck.
Bummer.
But I wasn’t happy with my deck anyways.
You see, I felt like the skateboard didn’t fit my “style” of skating, so all I ask of you is to recommend a certain good skateboard deck for my style of skating as I get a new deck tomorrow.
My Style is doing stairs, and lots of em.
I do many gaps too, and i’m particularly rough on em, as I get pressure cracks alot.
However, i’m light, so snapping doesn’t occur much for me.
But I prefer a deck with lots of pop and is sturdy and comfortable for those hard landings.
Help please?
Get one with fiberglass or carbon fiber as one or more of the layers. It will make the board lighter and stronger. Be sure to use shock pads and skate with looser trucks so the bushings can absorb some of the impact. You might want to go a little wider for stability in landing.
