I find these to be very comfortable, b ut I am not into offending people. All I do is laps in the pool, then maybe sit in the Hot tub for a few minuteds after. I find board shorts uncomfortable as they create a lot of drag and feel as though they are falling down all the time

Who cares? If its comfortable and you wont get a ticket for indecent exposure, then go for it! Its your body, do what you want and be who you wanna be!
