How to trim a thick waist?
I’m 5′6″, 125 lbs. I work out regularly, including bellydancing, cardio, core, etc. However happy I am with my overall tone and weight, I can’t seem to change the fact that my waist is too big for my hips and bust. I’m 34-27-34, and I know I should have a 10-inch difference between the waist and the other two, not a 3-inch one. What can I do? All the women in my family tend to carry weight around the middle…
I meant, not a 7 inch difference. ooops
Well, people come in all different shapes and sizes, and really no amount of exercise will change that. Be content with your healthy toned body. A lot of people would kill for that.
