What type of conure – 12″, green w yellow area on head, blk/wht beak, white around eyes, eyes are orange?
I thought I had a gold-capped but no red on face and all photos I see online conures seem to have dark eyes, mine has beautiful orange.
Are you sure that you have a conure? There are only a couple of species that have yellow on them, and I cant think of any off the top of my head that have orange eyes as you have described?
Is it possible that you have a Caique?

Some Caiques have orange eyes, and they are very similar in looks to the conures.
