Im building a, ” ROCKET BOARD”. I need help.?
I’ve got two, C6-2, two, B6-4, and four, B4-4, divided evenly on each side of a skateboard. There is a small wooden plank, hot glued, box taped, and wood glued, to the back. The rockets are spread from largest to smallest with the largest staring on the outside. The plank is about an inch thick and sticks out about 3 inches on each side. The rockets are on top of the plank by the way.
Any suggestions on the design And If anyone could tell me the pounds of thrust that rocket payload would produce? Oh, and outcome predictions are always fun.
I predict you will fall on your butt and burn your legs.
6 B motors would equal 3 C motors
added up you have 5 C motors which equals 2 1/2 D motors
which equals 1+ E motors
an E will produce an average thrust of 10 newtons and lift 36oz or about 2.25 pounds of thrust
But I doubt if you can light all 8 at the same time.
